As an important member of our company's financial operations, the Chief Accountant plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our financial accounting processes according to CAS and IFRS). With operations spanning across financial accounting and compliance in areas such as our Power Plant, Chemical operations, multiple paper machines, and holdings in related companies, we offer a dynamic and diverse work environment. What We Require:
- Expertise in Manufacturing Accounting: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role preferable within the manufacturing industry.

What You Will Bring:
- University Degree in Accounting/Business
- Minimum 5 years of professional level accounting and finance experience (Expertise in Manufacturing accounting – is an advantage)
- Czech/Slovak and English language (fluent)
- Highly motivated and well organized individual
- Strong attention to detail and analytical and problem solving skills
- Leadership skills and ability to lead others and achieve results through others, assemble and lead high performance teams
